Trevor established Kingsley Consulting (SW) Ltd, a business consultancy and coaching company in 2006. A graduate of Coventry Business School he then trained in consulting with Right Coutts and now works with organisations from all sectors.

He has provided leadership and business consultancy, financial, risk and performance management and specialist spatial data expertise.

He has worked with a number of public sector organisations preparing candidates for formal professional assessments, with the private sector in ensuring contractual compliance and with the charitable sector in strategic planning and board development and self-assessment. He is a qualified and insured business and personal (or life), coach.

Trevor's main areas of interest are business systems and structures, governance and the leadership and cultural aspects of change management. As a personal coach Trevor believes that we all have within us all of the resources we will ever need for any of life's circumstances. The problem is that our baggage and limiting self-beliefs combine to frustrate our efforts in developing our own unique strengths. A good coach will thus be able to facilitate a person's journey to their full potential - safely.

Trevor is a Member of the Institute of Directors and a Fellow of both the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and Chartered Management Institute. He is a qualified facilitator, an accredited mediator with ADR Chambers, London and an affiliate of Exeter University Center for Leadership Studies.
